Postage, Returns and Care
We offer to all UK customers free shipping & returns on all good purchased via our online shop. All purchases made by 2pm will be despatched the same day, orders completed after 2pm will be added to the following day and despatched within 24 hours. Deliveries will be received within 48 hours of despatch.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to become live.
We deliver worldwide tracked or signed. Deliveries outside the UK are charged to the customer based on the below;

UK Returns Policy
We offer free UK returns on all online orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods. Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return label via email. You will then be asked to print the label, attach it to the packaged item you wish to return, and drop the item to your local post office to arrange delivery back to us. Once our warehouse has received and inspected your returned items, your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 7 working days from processing your return.
We will issue a full refund or exchange for items purchased that are returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you as per our terms and conditions.
Item(s) must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Incorrect goods/faulty product received We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact customer services immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact customer services so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

International Customs and Import Duty
Customs & import duty charges do not apply to customers in the UK or EU.
For International customers the price of the items does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to country. So please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.
